The Winston R-VI Boys Varsity Basketball Team is open to students and homeschooled students residing within the Winston R-VI and North Daviess R-III school districts. The varsity basketball season runs from November through February. Student-athletes have the opportunity to compete in MSHSAA-sanctioned games against other schools in the HDC Conference and surrounding area schools.
At Winston R-VI, our varsity basketball program has a rich tradition and is recognized as one of the most successful programs in Northwest Missouri. Students who participate in boys basketball develop valuable skills in teamwork, leadership, accountability, and perseverance. They learn to hold themselves and their teammates to a standard of excellence while growing as dedicated individuals as we work toward our goals for the 2026–2027 season.
